Founded nearly a decade ago, the Notos Quartett has since become an ensemble of substantial renown. We are looking forward tremendously to our collaboration with these fantastic musicians. Besides their "profound musicality that goes straight to the heart" audiences and critics worldwide celebrate the Notos Quartet for its "sense of balance and ensemble playing revealing every detail of the composition".
The Notos Quartett received a great deal of media attention when its Hungarian Treasures CD was released in 2017. It includes the world premiere recording of Béla Bartók’s Piano Quartet, a rediscovery for which the ensemble received international acclaim.
