Once again, the Simply Quartet is able to add another First Prize to its list of trophies. This time, the quartet emerged the victor at the Carl Nielsen International Chamber Music Competition 2019 with impassioned renditions of works by Nielsen, Mendelssohn and Schubert.
The quartet will be performing in the Netherlands at the Februari Festival in The Hague from 12 to 16 February, where they will be playing two string quartets by Beethoven: Opus 59 No. 2 and Opus 95, as well as a few other works.
